This is one from How Sweet It Is has come to feed the fatness, I reckon, but it’s not toooo bad – it has skim milk. I love it how a recipe will insist on swapping that cup of full cream milk for skim milk but then throws in a cup of romano cheese to be going on with. Thank god we swapped 3% fat milk for 1% fat. Poor milk…
But how nice to see a pasta dish that is not all cream or all tomato. I’m going for it and I’m even crisping up the kale. Thighs, beware!
