Sometimes American food recipes freak me out. They have really weird shit in them that probably comes out of a spray can. Stuff like ‘light corn syrup’ and ‘shortening’ – both of which you will find in this recipe from A Farmgirl’s Dabbles. That’s a seriously clunky blog name, isn’t it? It’s almost as weird as Maxabella Loves.
But just look at this Toffee Butter Crunch slice. Can’t you feel yourself crunching into that toffee, chocolatey crispness. Plus, the dabbling farmgirl adds a sweet little anecdote before her recipes which I always enjoy reading.
